Oh yeah!! Finally, after 20 years of gold drought, Malaysia at least has a gold for football in SEA Games even though is through the own goal of the Vietnamese player but from the beginning until the final, team Malaysia perform very well. Another Twist in Teoh's Case

A blog that appeared 2 days ago has posted evidence that show that Ronnie Liu, DAP Selangor State Assemblyman was involved in corruption. The blog also claims that the death of Teoh was caused by the massive scale of corruption by the DAP since they took over the running of the Selangor state government in March 2008.

I was quite curious on how this blogger is able to know so much. But that is not important, the most important is the documents that were posted in the blog. I had go through it. In order to make sure the documents are real, I did a little bit of research on my own. So, after some further checking the so called evidence in the blog, I found a lot of irregulaties in the documents. Lets see it 1 by 1.

Date
In the document, the earliest transection dates back to 28 January 2008 which was before March 8 General Elcetion. So, is it possible for Ronnie Liu to be able to become state assemblyman & siphoned the money back then?

Constituency
In the document, it claims that Ronnie Liu is the ADUN for N56 Sg. Pelek. For your information, Ronnie Liu is the ADUN for N47 Pandamaran. N56 Sungai Pelek constituency repsentitive is a MCA guy named Yap Ee Wah.

Authenticity
The documents don't contain any official emblem & logo of the state & it also doesn't has the the official chop & signature of the ADUN. In the same time the source for the documents are not clear. Can it be that this particular documents that were posted are fake documents?

With so many irregulaties, can this be another conspiracy by some parties to try to divert attention for their misdeed? There is high possibilities for it. So, keep your finger cross & let the drama unfold as some clowns are trying to cover their crime trails with lots of funny things.

MCA man jailed for offering bribe to Singapore cop

SINGAPORE, Jan 7 — A Malaysian community leader initially fined S$15,000 (RM36,000) for offering a bribe to a traffic policeman was yesterday sentenced to jail for six weeks following an appeal by the prosecution.

Justice V. K. Rajah, handing down the jail term at the appeal hearing, stressed that the courts should take a firm, no-nonsense approach towards attempts at graft.

Any attempt to bribe a police officer will bring on a jail term, and if the bribe is accepted, both parties can expect “uncompromisingly stiff custodial sentences”, he said.

It is the way to go if the integrity of the police force as a pillar of society is to be upheld.

Rajah added that the jail term meted out to Lim Teck Choon, 56, took into account mitigating factors raised by his lawyer. He would otherwise have been jailed two to three months.

Lim, who has business interests on both sides of the Causeway, is a member of the MCA and the party's deputy chairman in the town of Kampong Jawa in Johor. A philanthropist, he regularly donates money to temples and an orphanage; in 1988, he donated a building for a school.

A traffic police officer caught Lim making an illegal U-turn on Woodlands Road and driving against the flow of traffic for 50m.

While waiting for a vehicle to take Lim back to the police station, Sergeant Pah Wenxiang tried to defuse the tense situation by starting a conversation.

Lim told the police officer that he owned a few plantations in Malaysia and knew high-ranking officials.

During the conversation, he abruptly asked Pah in Mandarin: “Why want to do this? Be enemy? You should let me go. We can be friends. Next time you come to Malaysia, I will take care of you. Still got good things.”

He also made a gesture that the officer took as an offer of money.

When the sergeant told him it was an offence to bribe a police officer, Lim backed off on his offer.

Lim initially contested the charge of offering a bribe, but pleaded guilty on the second day of trial and was fined S$15,000.

He was also fined S$2,500 and banned from driving for six months for dangerous driving.

The district judge acknowledged that a jail term was the norm in graft cases but felt a more lenient sentence was justified in this case.

She reasoned that Lim offered the bribe only after the officer struck up a conversation with him, and had not persisted with the offer once the police officer rejected it.

The prosecution filed an appeal.

Yesterday, Deputy Public Prosecutor Lee Jwee Nguan argued that the district judge had no grounds to depart from the sentencing norm of a jail term for such offences.

Rajah, saying there should be a clear framework of rules for situations like this, agreed that the district judge had erred in “applying an intricately nuanced sentencing approach to what is a plain and unmistakeable case of attempted corruption”.

In this case, it was incorrect to conclude that Lim's culpability was reduced just because the officer had initiated a casual conversation.

Rajah said it appears that Lim had assessed the situation and taken a measure of the officer before making his offer, thinking that the policeman might be vulnerable once his guard was down.

Lim's lawyer asked for the sentence to start on Feb 1 so that Lim can spend time with his family for Chinese New Year. Rajah agreed and granted bail of S$30,000.

As everyone has know that the detention of Sin Chew's reporter Tan Hoon Cheng under ISA is a big mistake & a miscarriage of justice, those donkeys & buffalos that should be detain rightfully, where are they?? Why not those ANIMALS being detain??

11 hours after Raja Petra being detained, another 3 more people are being arrested under ISA. According to some sources, in the detain list, there is at least 13 people that need to be detain under ISA. If the it is true than another 10 more people will be arrested soon.

Most people online especially Malaysian has speculated that this so call OPS LALANG 2 is to create chaos in this country and so the current ruling government can declare a state of emergency for the country. With state of emergency declared, parliament & most of the basic civil rights will be suspended & it also another way to remain in power for the ruling government.

It is specualted that the real purpose for creating so much troubles is to thwart Anwar's plan to overthrow the current ruling government & create a new governement of its own on September 16.

No matter what it is, the current main evil, Ahmad Ismail, will he be 1 of the person on the list that need to be detain under ISA? Lets hope it is so.

ISA for RPK while Ahmad Ismail Got 3 Years Suspension

Raja Petra Kamaruddin (RPK) has been arrested under the Internal Security Act (ISA) while Sin Chew Daily, Suara Keadilan and The Sun have all been issued show cause letters by the Home Ministry as reported by Datuk Shaziman Abu Mansor, the Minister of Energy, Water and Communications. He said “The Cabinet has asked the ministry to direct MCMC to reinstate access to any blocked website with immediate effect. At the same time, it is asking MCMC to closely cooperate with the police, the Attorney-General’s Office and the Home Minister to monitor any website or blog to ensure that this does not contain seditious, racist or religiously insensitive remarks. Instead of blocking access to offensive websites, the Cabinet wants authorities to investigate and act quickly against the owners of these sites,”

RPK got arrested for what he has post on his Malaysia Today. It was claimed that his posting in Malaysia Today is endengering the order of the society in Malaysia. That is why he need to be detain under Internal Security Act 1960 (ISA).

Fuel hike: 78 sen more to RM2.70 per litre

The government has just announced that petrol price will
go up by 78 sen at midnight - a 40.6 percent jump from RM1.92 per litre
to RM2.70. The price of diesel will go up RM1, or 63.3 percent
- from RM1.58 per litre to RM2.58. The price hikes are among government measures
to cut the spiralling bill for oil subsidies, which is expected to amount to
RM56 billion this year. At a press conference held at 5.30pm, Prime Minister
Abdullah Ahmad Badawi also announced that the government plans to offer rebates
to motorists to offset the fuel price increase. Under the scheme, vehicles below
2000cc will receive a RM625 rebate annually - to compensate for 800 litres of
fuel used under the new price. Meanwhile, motorbikes will be given a rebate of
RM120. The money will be paid by postal order. Rebate will be paid when
motorists renew the road-tax for their vehicles. The government is expected to
save RM4 billion under this new subsidy restructure. However, the government is
slowly expected to head towards totally abolishing the fuel subsidy. If petrol
is to be sold at full market prices, it could be as high as almost RM4 a litre -
about 50 percent above current levels. Since 2004, petrol has gone up by 97.1
percent, while diesel increased by a whopping 231 percent [see chart below].

Higher TNB tariffs

Abdullah also announced that the road tax for vehicles above 2,000cc will be
reduced by RM200. For motorbikes above 250cc, their road tax will be slashed by
RM50. The diesel subsidy for fishermen will be fixed at RM1 per litre while
vessel owners will have to pay RM1.20 per litre. The premier also announced a
price hike in gas supply for electrical and industry sectors. The premier
further said that the electricity tariffs too would be increased. He added that
the power tariff rate would remain the same for households which use about 200
kilowatt of electricity, which would still cost them RM43.60. Any usage beyond
this would fall under the new price which will be announced by power supplier
Tenaga Nasional soon.

KUDOS to our government. With this hike of price for fuel, we will have to kindly dig out more money not only for petrol but for every stuff that is on the rack of the shop.

Evidence of BN Sending Phantom Voters to Kelantan?

I then sat with a woman with two kids. She told me she was from
Pengkalan Chepa. She showed me and to reporters an evelope containing RM200 that
she had collected from the counter. The press then took photos of her and me.
